The Company reserves the right to take legal action against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

ORDER AND PURCHASE
Danulens gladly accepts orders placed by customers through our website. Customers may submit their prescriptions either via email or directly on the website to facilitate order processing.
Upon receiving an order, we take all necessary steps to fulfill the customer’s requirements as specified. However, Danulens cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate details provided in the prescription.
Once the order is placed and the product is ready for delivery, the company assumes no further responsibility for issues related to the actual fitting of the product on the customer’s face. Products will be delivered according to the specifications listed on the website.
Customers are strongly advised to provide a valid prescription issued by a qualified eye care professional to ensure the accuracy of their order.
While we strive to execute all orders successfully, fulfillment is subject to product availability. In cases where the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed promptly.
SHIPPING POLICY (Conditions of Delivery )
- Products will be delivered free of cost anywhere in India.
- If there is a delay in dispatching the product, customers will be notified promptly.
- Customers are advised not to accept any product if the seal is broken.
- Once the order is confirmed, a notification will be sent to the customer via email, SMS, or phone.
- The estimated delivery time is 5–12 working days. Some products may require additional time as specified on the product page.
- All orders will be delivered through a reputed courier service to ensure reliability and quality of service.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of orders can only be made under the following terms and conditions:
- Sunglasses/Frames/Contact Lenses: Cancellations can be made before the product is shipped or within 15 hours of placing the order, whichever comes first.
- Complete Spectacles (Frame/Sunglasses + Lens): Cancellations can be made within 6 hours or before the lenses are processed, as these are customized lenses.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
The company reserves the right to cancel an order for the following reasons:
- The order request is not acceptable to the company.
- The product is unavailable.
- There are inaccuracies in product information or pricing discrepancies.
- Fraudulent activity is detected.
- Incorrect payment information or incomplete details provided by the customer.
If a cancellation request is made by the customer within the prescribed time frame, a full refund (100%) will be issued. Any cancellations outside of this period will not be refunded.
RETURN & REFUND
- Return Window: Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the parcel but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt by the company.
- Inspection: Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected by the company.
- Condition of the Product: Refunds will be issued only if:
- The product is unworn and in brand-new condition.
- The original sealed box, instruction manual, warranty card, and any included accessories are returned intact.
- The product has no signs of use, dirt, scratches, wear and tear, bends, or twists.
- The price tag, identification tag, invoice, and original packaging are intact and untampered.
- A torn barcode/price tag will be considered acceptance of the product by the customer.
- Incorrect Product Received: Customers must contact customer care within 3 days of receipt if an incorrect product is delivered.
- Refund for Incorrect Pricing: If there is a pricing discrepancy due to technical or typographical errors or supplier information, the company will issue a 100% refund.
- Seal Check: Customers are advised not to accept parcels with broken seals.
- Unboxing Video: Customers are encouraged to record a video while unboxing the parcel as proof of condition during delivery.

EXCHANGE POLICIES
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may exchange it for another product of equivalent price within 7 days of receiving it. Once the returned product is received and inspected, an e-coupon code of the same value will be emailed to you, which must be redeemed within 7 days of receipt. If the price of the exchanged product exceeds the value of the e-coupon, the balance must be paid by the customer. Conversely, if the price of the exchanged product is less than the e-coupon value, the remaining amount will be forfeited. Please note that exchanges are not permitted for contact lenses if the box or its seal is opened or damaged. Additionally, a redelivery fee of ₹199 (One Hundred Ninety-Nine Rupees) will be charged for the exchanged product.
