WARRANTY POLICY
Danulens is committed to providing high-quality products and extends warranties as outlined below:
General Warranty Coverage:
- A three-month warranty is provided on all products purchased online, covering manufacturing defects.
- For branded products, the manufacturer’s warranty terms will also apply. Any warranty claims for branded products will be forwarded to the principal company for repair or replacement.
Frames and Sunglasses:
- Warranty covers deficiencies in hinges and welding points only, for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
Ophthalmic Lenses:
- A guarantee is provided against non-conformity of lenses to the prescribed specifications, provided the issue is reported and evidenced within 35 days of the invoice date. This guarantee applies solely to the accuracy of the lenses made according to the provided prescription, not the prescription itself.
Exclusions:
The following are not covered under the warranty:- Damage caused by misuse, scratching, or tarnishing.
- Accidental damage, such as sitting on frames or twisting/bending them.
- Cracking or breaking of lenses.
- Natural discoloration of lenses, frames, or sunglasses.
- Loss or damage of screws, stones, or crystals.
Danulens reserves the right to determine the applicability of warranty claims and to deny coverage for issues resulting from improper use, natural wear and tear, or accidents.
The company forwards the warranty provided by the manufacturer to the customer and also offers a three-month warranty on any product purchased online. This warranty, along with the manufacturer’s warranty, is strictly limited to manufacturing defects. For branded products, any warranty claims will be directed to the principal company for repair or replacement. The company’s services for manufacturing defects are restricted to branded products and include specific coverage as follows:

Please note that the warranty does not cover complaints or damages resulting from accidents, natural wear and tear, or improper use.

All prices mentioned on the website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The prices, products, and services listed are subject to change at the company’s discretion. While we strive to ensure accuracy, the prices displayed on the website may vary due to technical errors, typographical mistakes, or updates based on information received from suppliers. In such cases, we will issue refunds if necessary. Please note that the prices quoted on the website may not match offers provided by retail stores, and we do not make any representations to the contrary.
The accepted modes of payment include online transactions via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, cash deposits to our bank account, and payments through PayU. The company is not liable for any misuse of credit cards or other payment mechanisms.
